The overall influence for the rebrand was to visually express how company voice has shaped Allied Esports over 5 years. My personal goal stepping up as the Art Director of the company was to maintain a corporate aspect of the company but in an esports entertainment aesthetic and broaden the brand to appear friendlier for our studio production and events portfolio. In addition to that, my intentions were to also adapt the brand to blend well with retail/merchandise, simplifying it so that it is easier to print on multiple mediums.
The result was forming a more contemporary approach to an esports design, being sleek and simple while maintaining brand recognition for familiar features in a unique palette to the industry.
